How is it (or how can it be) unique in the marketplace?
2. What is the company name?
How does that convey information about the activities the company engages or hopes to engage in?
3. Discover your purpose. the reason the company exists. 
Go beyond the obvious - making money, helping people, creating a legacy.
4. Who do you serve?
Think in specifics, rather than broad terms. This defines your target audience.
5. What do you hope to achieve?

6. How is your background unique?
Describe your history and insights. List your accolades and achievements.
7. What are your talents and skills?
Explain how you are uniquely suited to succeed in your business aims. This is how you are going to be able to achieve the goals.

What the Results Reveal

These questions determine who is your customer, what are you providing, what makes your company or product special, where will you interact with the customer, and how will they find you. Add up all the answers and rearrange the key thoughts or concepts into a sentence or two. Rewrite to a paragraph. Then summarize into one short sentence.
